Shipping policy

At Iron Displays, every order is made to order — which means we begin production after you place your order and, if applicable, after receiving your artwork.

Production & Processing Times

Estimated production times are listed on each product page (e.g., 3–5 business days). Orders that include custom graphic design services may take longer depending on how quickly we receive content and feedback.

Production begins once:
 • Your order is confirmed
 • Final artwork is uploaded and approved
 • (If applicable) Your design proof is approved

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and item size.
 • Standard Shipping: Transit times typically range from 3–6 business days after production
 • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for select items
 • Freight Shipping: For large booth kits and oversized items, freight delivery may be required

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:
 • The United States (all 50 states)

If you’re placing an international order outside of these areas, please contact Sales@irondisplays.com before ordering.

Shipping Delays & Disclaimers

Iron Displays is not liable for:
 • Delays caused by carriers
 • Missed delivery dates due to artwork delays or lack of proof approval
 • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
